I am a retired educator, having taught math, chemistry and physics, and served as science supervisor, for the Port Arthur ISD during a thirty-seven year tenure.
I graduated from Wiley College (Marshall , Texas) with a B.S. degree in chemistry, and received an M.S.T degree in physical science from the University of North Dakota. Other schools attended are the University of Minnesota, Stanford University (fellowship), and Lamar, Sam Houston, and Stephen F. Austin universities in Texas.
I am married to my wife of fifty-eight years, Annie Laura (Holt), and this marriage was blessed with five children, two boys and three girls.
I spend much of my time trying not to be seriously out done by neighbors in the upkeep of our yards, and trying to influence other people's opinions.
Otherwise, I'm not that bad.
